The Honkai Impact 3rd x Honkai: Star Rail collab will go live on November 28, 2024, in version 7.9 of the former game.

Currently, global servers (America/ Europe, SEA) are running on version 7.7, so it will be a while before fans are able to get their hands on a playable Sparkle. However, information from the official CN version (currently on version 7.8) has revealed that Sparkle plays a role in the main chapter story in version 7.8.

This suggests that Sparkle will make her appearance first in the Honkai Impact 3rd story before being featured in the Honkai Impact 3rd x Honkai: Star Rail collab in v7.9.

Not much official information is available about Sparkle's kit mechanics and gameplay as of yet, but leaks have revealed that she will be a Quantum Valkyrie who will use Drive Core as a weapon. Sparkle's type being Quantum matches up with her current character type in Honkai Star Rail, where she is a Quantum Harmony unit.
