What’s the story?
It is common knowledge that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a self-proclaimed “God” on the football field. The Swede bosses it in his virtual avatar too, with a 90 rating on FIFA 17. Nothing but fireworks can be expected when Ibra is around and something similar happened when he appeared on GTA V for a short cameo.
As per a video on DreamTeamFC’s Facebook page, YouTuber KeGamingTv made use of certain mods in the game to have Ibrahimovic in his PSG colours playing as the protagonist in Los Santos on GTA V.
In case you didn’t know…
Ibrahimovic is a superstar footballer who plays as a striker for Premier League club Manchester United. The 35-year-old has won league titles in all countries he has played in and bossed opponents with his indomitable style and character. He often refers to himself in the third person and has been quoted proclaiming himself the God of Manchester. Such is his extravagant persona.

GTA V, meanwhile, is an open world game offering by Rockstar games where the character is let loose in the fictional city of Los Santos in an open world environment.
The heart of the matter
The video starts with Zlatan just relaxing near his swimming pool. Soon enough, he is seen calmly taking aim at an SUV with a rocket launcher and subsequently vaporising it. He soon goes on to massacre what seems to be at least ten men in a rampage that would put John Rambo’s antics in the Vietnamese jungles to shame.
What’s next?
While the Swede is dominating GTA, his team Manchester United are struggling and only yesterday drew to Everton. The Europa League now looks like the only way by which the Red Devils can make the Champions League next season. Zlatan will no doubt have a major part to play in that endeavour.

We are all used to seeing Ibrahimovic dominate on the pitch for different clubs across Europe. This is probably the first time the footballer has jumped genres and does so successfully with a dominating cameo in the city of Los Santos.
