Memo, along with Mario Arques and Sergio Cidoncha formed a brilliant partnership for Jamshedpur in the midfield, which produced impressive results for the team. As the latter duo have already signed a deal with Kerala Blasters, Memo could well follow his teammates in future. He is yet to be offered a contract by the Red Miners.

Memo scored two goals and provided one assist in the 18 matches that he played. But what was impressive was his accurate passing and ball distribution ability in the midfield. He made 1116 passes with an astonishing accuracy of 84.49 per cent. This will be enough to earn him a lucrative contract from another team in the upcoming season.

#3 Jose Luis Espinosa Arroyo (Tiri)

Tiri has not missed a single match for his club

Tiri has already spent two seasons with Jamshedpur FC, but came short of achieving desired success as on both occasions his club finished outside the play-off berth. The Brazilian, who won the ISL title in his debut season for ATK (formerly Atletico de Kolkata), could settle for another club in order to stamp his name in the tournament history.

Being the captain of the side, Tiri has performed impressively to save Jamshedpur from losing in important games. Yet, Jamshedpur have drawn in most of their games which complicated their season. Tiri has not missed a single match for his club in the previous two seasons and was an automatic choice for the coach. Being 27-year-old, he has the age by his side. So he would not afraid from taking more difficult challenges in upcoming future.
