How did you feel playing for Atletico Madrid B? How difficult is it to break into the main Atletico squad from the B team?

Going from the reserve team to the first team is a very big and complicated step but when you train with them you learn a lot from those great players.

You have a great understanding with Pedro Manzi and Sandro Rodriguez. What would you like to say about that?

We understand each other quite well on the field and that's good for the team. They are two great players with whom I understand myself quite well and I hope that it continues to be so.

In an earlier interview, Pedro Manzi claimed he has a long-term plan in India. What Do you also have a long-term plan in mind?

I am very happy here but I like to enjoy from day to day, I do not know what will happen tomorrow. I'm really enjoying this league and for me, that's the important thing.

So far, which performance would you rate as your best and why?

Normally, I try to do my best in every game. Some days are relatively better and some days not so much. But I have enjoyed playing a lot against Indian Arrows, Mohun Bagan and NEROCA FC.

What about your communication with Indian footballers? Who is your best Indian buddy in the team?

I think one of the successes of our team is that we foreign players get along pretty well with the Indian kids. We even joke with each other although it is normal that we talk more with each other because none of us speaks much English, let alone Tamil!

How do you rate Chennai City FC's performances and what are your goals for the season?

I hope that things continue as it is. We continue making good football with the philosophy proposed by our coach and we enjoy every game and then we will see the position where we will finish.

It is a known fact that you are a fan favourite in Coimbatore. What would you like to say to all the fans?

I'm having a good time here in Coimbatore, it's very nice to see how the people here like what I do in the field, I do not know how to thank the fans for the treatment I receive. And the hospitality is amazing.
