The visitors tried everything but the ball would just not go in. After being denied a goal in the first half, Coppell's men hit the post and were denied a penalty in the second. It was a testing night for the men in blue.
To make matters worse, they came ever so close to taking the lead on multiple occasions but fluffed their chances in the final third. Trindade Goncalves even hit the post much to his annoyance.
The manner in which Jamshedpur were dominating the game was impressive. But what was equally frustrating for them was the manner in which they lost steam in the final third. For one reason or another, the team lacked that killer instinct to finish off their well-worked moves.
