This attribute of Chhetri has impressed the coach a lot, and he even said that striker is the most professional player he has ever seen in his career.

When asked, on the eve of Bengaluru's match against NorthEast United FC, whether Chhetri will play in the upcoming match, Roca went on to laud his captain for the immense professionalism that he has shown.

"The situation with Sunil Chhetri? He's married, and he's available for tomorrow," said Roca. "He joined the team here and he's ready. I think he's the most professional player I've had in my career."

Chhetri married the daughter of Subrata Bhattacharya, Mohun Bagan legend, in a ceremony that was held in Kolkata, earlier this week. He hasn’t taken any leave for honeymoon rather he flew straight to Guwahati to train for the next match.
