Jamshedpur FC and ATK are yet to win a game in ISL 2017. While Jamshedpur drew their first two away games, ATK had suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of FC Pune City in their previous game in Kolkata. It was a must-win game for ATK, to prove their intentions this season. Injury was a major concern for ATK coach Teddy Sheringham before the match, and that situation did not get any better with Eugeneson Lyngdoh limping off after suffering an injury.

Both the teams started strongly in the game but failed to score goals. Jerry and Belfort constantly tested the ATK attack but failed to find the goal with some poor finishing. ATK keeper Jussi Jääskeläinen had a good game with a couple of good saves, as the defending champions got their second clean sheet in three matches. However, they were mostly quiet in attack.

On that note, let's take a look at how the players fared in this game:

Jamshedpur FC

Subrata Paul 8 - He may not have had a lot to do during the game, but Subrata Pal showed great alertness to prevent his side from conceding the goal. He made a brilliant same after Robin Singh got a touch towards goal from a brilliant aerial through ball from Prabir Das.

André Bikey 6 - Bikey had a decent game partnering with Tiri. He was good in aerial challenges and clean tackles, to keep the ATK attackers quiet.

Tiri 6.5 - Tiri did well in defence in the first half, but was tested in the second by Kuqi. He was confident in going for strong challenges on ATK players and did a good job in keeping their attack quiet.

Shouvik Ghosh 6 - He did a good job in the first half but was tested by the pace of ATK players in the second half.

Souvik Chakrabarti 6 - Chakrabarti did well to avert the danger from the Jamshedpur attacker, but offered little while going forward.

Mehtab Hossain 6.5 - The former Kerala Blasters midfielder bossed the game today. Mehtab controlled the midfield with good passing and strong tackles. He was confident in going for the tackles and gaining the possession back.

Memo 6.5 - Memo had a good game at the center of the park, supplying the ball for the attackers.

Sameehg Doutie 6 - Doutie used his pace to test the ATK defence. His finishing was poor in the game as he misfired most of the shots.

Jerry Mawihmingthanga 6.5 - The young Indian striker got a lot of chances in the game but failed to convert them. Jerry regularly tested the ATK defence with his pace and skills.

Kervens Belfort 7 - He used his pace and skills to exploit the wide areas. Belfort got a few chances but failed to convert it before substituting in the second half.

Farukh Choudhary 5.5 - For most of the game Farukh had a quiet game. Playing as a forward, he did manage to play a few good passes to his teammates but was overall ineffective in the game.

Jussi Jääskeläinen 7 - The Finnish goalkeeper had a decent game. Jussi made some good saves as Jerry and Belfort constantly tested him.

Prabir Das 9 - Was outstanding on at right-back tonight. He created, what was probably the best chance on goal, as the played Robin Singh through with a peach of a cross. However, the striker could not put the chance away.

Jordi Montel 6 - Constantly tested by Belfort, he did decent work to keep the Jamshedpur attacker out.

Tom Thorpe 5.5 - Thorpe was also constantly tested by the Jamshedpur FC attack and failed to keep Jerry quiet.

Keegan Pereira 5.5 - Keegan had a poor game as Jerry exploited the spaces he left behind. He did offer some good crosses when on the attack, though.

Conor Thomas 6 - Conor did well at controlling the midfield. Jerry and Belfort were a constant threat, but he did well to prevent them from scoring.

Bipin Singh 5.5 - Bipin was mostly unseen in the game. He was good at controlling the ball but failed to win tackles.

Hitesh Sharma 6.5 - Hitesh used his pace and took the ball forward to create chances for the attackers. He did score a goal but was called offside by the referee.

Eugeneson Lyngdoh 5 - Eugeneson had a game to forget as he could not gain control of it. There was more misery in store for him, as he had to hobble off halfway through due to an injury.

Zequinha 6.5 - Zequinha was one of the best players in ATK. He used his pace to attack the Jamshedpur defence. He also delivered some good crosses into the Jamshedpur box.

Robin Singh 6 - Robin Singh got some good chances to score, but failed to convert them. One particular cross from Prabir Das was probably the best goalscoring opportunity of the night.
