Bengaluru FC romped home to yet another comfortable win over the Delhi Dynamos at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium, in Bengaluru, on Sunday. With this win, the Blues climbed to the top of the ISL table, showing their superiority over the other teams.

After their amazing win on Sunday night, we take a look at who said what on the Blues’ magnificent victory.

Albert Roca, Bengaluru FC manager:

"I would like to play away like we do at home. Here we have great support - the 12th man. But it can happen when we play away.

"As a coach I'd like us to play the same but it's almost impossible from a mental point of view no matter how much I prepare them for different circumstances. We have three games away and we'll try to play our game and get all points.”

Miguel Angel Portugal, Delhi Dynamos manager:

"You can analyse videos of their set-pieces but on the field, it's completely different and we conceded two goals from set-pieces.

"Bengaluru pressed well. I prepared the team for this kind of press but it's not possible and Bengaluru played much better. I recognise their superiority. It was a good match and I have nothing more to say."

Erik Paartalu, Bengaluru FC player:

“The boys are buzzing. We worked pretty hard on the set pieces, and it paid off again, tonight. We’re a little upset that we conceded a goal. It’s something that we have to work on.”

“In this team, if we can create chances, we can score. We scored four goals tonight. Hopefully the next game will be a little bit better.”

“It makes a huge difference. The away teams struggle to travel. But there’s not going to be any change in the way that we play. Absolutely, the AFC Cup was an advantage, but that can only last for so long. I predict 3-5 weeks that advantage will last. But for us, we’re just trying to push on.”
