The Bengaluru FC winger got off the mark in the ISL in sensational style, taking a first-time shot just before full time, which kissed the post on its way in.
It isn't just the goal which makes Udanta a hit in the game. He was the energy that Bengaluru required up front after getting only a few chances at the goal throughout the game.
Udanta provided a wonderful chipped through-ball for Xisco Hernandez in the 70th minute but Albino Gomes denied BFC the lead at that moment.
Finally, Udanta took matters into his hands - something he rarely does. Usually, Udanta shies away from going for the goal even if he's inches away from the frame but on Monday night, he raised the spirits at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium with a wonderful finish.
