What is the lore behind Dynamic Hush in Fortnite?

Dynamic Hush is a variant/snapshot of the original Hush. Both characters have never played an important role in the storyline. As such, there is no lore related to them in Fortnite. The only thing that can be speculated upon based on their design is that they are assassins. It is unclear which faction they work for as nothing is mentioned about them.

In retrospect, this makes sense. Perhaps Epic Games does not want players to know who these characters work for. Their allegiance is being kept a secret until they are ready to be introduced to the storyline in a grand way. On the flipside, they are no more than cosmetics that players can use in-game.
