Back in Chapter 4 Season 1 she was featured as an NPC on the island at the Landmark called Western Watch. Players could interact with her to hear a few dialogues and buy weapons.

Based on her in-game description that reads, “First of her name. Long may she reign.” It would seem that she is the first princess of her fish reality.
