What is the lore behind Starlit in Fortnite?

There is no in-game lore related to Starlit in Fortnite, but the Emote is nothing short of iconic in the truest of sense. The music used in the Starlit Emote is nearly a decade old, but has remained popular to this day even outside Fortnite's ecosystem. The song "Dancin" by Aaron Smith feat. Luvli has truly kept fans on their feet over the years.

The Emote in-game uses a few lines of the song accompanied by dance moves performed by stonewn. If the song wasn't iconic enough, the dance moves elevated it to a whole new level. The official in-game description of Starlit reads, "Bust a move by moonlight." This is referring to the lyrics of the song, "Dancing in the moonlight." That being said, Starlit is part of the Icon Series, and rightfully so.
