The makers of the much awaited game Final Fantasy XV, Square Enix are working hard to add amazing details to this adventurous creation. A recent listing of a job vacancy at Square Enix indicates towards their interest of making the animations and monsters in the game more “realistic” to look at. The position open is a Game Designer for the game along with a lengthy description that specifies the responsibilities and the duties the applicants are expected to discharge.

In their description for the job, they have referred to the monsters and enemies as “creatures” thus indicating that the wish to create a whole "ecology” of new species rather that throwing a group of monsters in an environment and expect them to create turmoil and havoc thus making it different than the other RPG’s. Square Enix wish to hire an inventive mind who can create iconic and memorable characters. As per credentials requirement, designers should be skilled in 3-D animation and should bear past experience in the same field. A high school graduate or higher is preferred and designers should submit their past portfolio of work. They probably need to understand Japanese as well since the job is located in Tokyo.
