2024 Shriners Children's Open round 1 tee times and pairings explored

The 2024 Shriners Children's Open is the next stop on the PGA Tour. The event, which is the fourth of eight on the FedEx Cup schedule, will take place at TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas from October 17th to October 20th.

Tom Kim, ranked 25th in the world and the defending champion, will lead the field at the Shriners Children's Open. Kim himself will be in the most fan-favorite group, which he will share with Kevin Yu and last week's surprise winner, Matt McCarty.

Tom Kim will be seeking his third victory at the Shriners Children's Open. If successful, he will join Jim Furyk as the only three-time winner of the event. However, the Korean would be the only player to win in three consecutive years.

The Shriners Children's Open is part of the FedEx Cup Fall, which mainly features players who are not guaranteed a spot on the PGA Tour in 2025. After this series of eight tournaments, the top 125 players in the FedEx Cup rankings earn their card for the next season, while the 126th through 150th players earn a special temporary membership.
