Rose Zhang topped the leaderboard after the second round of the Augusta National women's amateur championship. She started the tournament with a birdie on the third hole and then made a birdie on the sixth hole.
Zhang went on to make birdies on the 9th, 11th, 14th, and 18th holes. She wrapped up with a score of 66 after the inaugural round.
After playing a bogey-free round, Rose Zhang entered the course on day two with more confidence. Once again, she started with a birdie on the first hole and then made two more birdies on the 3rd and 4th holes. She made an eagle on the ninth hole and then went on to make two more birdies. She finished with a score of 65 after making six birdies, an eagle, and a bogey to top the leaderboard after the second round.
Andrea Lignell settled into second position after finishing with a scoring deficit of eight. However, she is five strokes behind the leader. Lignell started the tournament with a birdie on the third hole. She made two consecutive birdies.
She also made three consecutive birdies on the 9th, 10th, and 11th holes. After playing the first round of 67, Lignell started the second round with a birdie on the first hole. She sank five birdies and two bogeys to wrap it up with 69.
Jenny Bae took the solo lead in third position after the second round of the Augusta National Women's Amateur Championship. She started with a bogey on the first hole.
Bae birdied eight holes in the opening round but also made four bogeys. On the second day, she made five birdies and a bogey to wrap up a score of 68 to secure third place.

2023 Augusta National Women's Amateur: TV schedule
The 2023 Augusta National Women's Amateur Championship is slated to be televised on the Golf Channel and NBC. The first two rounds were broadcast on the Golf channel from 1:30 pm ET.
