2024 BMW Championship: Odds and best bets explored

The 2024 BMW Championship is all set to be held from August 22 to 25 at the Castle Pines Golf Course. The tournament is the second leg of the FedEx Cup playoffs and the field will consist of the top 50 golfers from the rankings.

Going into the BMW Championship, Scheffler is the top favorite to win with odds of +320 (via CBS Sports). Schauffele is the second favorite with odds of +650, while Rory McIlroy is also high up on the list with odds of +1000.

Scheffler is in search of his seventh win of the year as well as 2000 FedEx Cup points, which will be awarded to the winner of the BMW Championship. The tournament also boasts a prize purse of $20 million, with the winner walking away with $3.6 million.

The likes of Collin Morikawa, Ludvig Aberg, and Tony Finau are also projected favorites to win the BMW Championship.
