The 2024 LIV Golf Andalucia concluded this Sunday, July 14th at the Real Club Valderrama. Local idol, Sergio Garcia, took home his first breakaway title and the lion's share of the $25,000,000 purse.

Sergio Garcia defeated Anirban Lahiri in a two-hole playoff to win the 2024 LIV Golf Andalucia. The Indian took a three-shot lead into the final round, but could only manage three birdies and five bogeys (+2) on Sunday.

Garcia took advantage of Lahiri's poor round, carding six birdies and a bogey (5 under) to tie for the lead. Anirban Lahiri had a chance to win on the 18th hole, but missed a 3-foot putt to force a playoff.

The victory at the LIV Golf Andalucia is Sergio Garcia's first in the breakaway league. It is also the fourth of his career at Real Club Valderrama, following his three titles at the Andalucia Masters (2011, 2017, 2018).

The team competition was also decided in a playoff between Fireballs GC and Crushers GC. Abraham Ancer and David Puig (Fireballs) won the first title of the season for their team, defeating Bryson DeChambeau and Paul Casey (Crushers).
