2024 Memorial Tournament Saturday Round 3 tee times and pairing explored

Day 2 of the 2024 Memorial Tournament with Scottie Scheffler in the lead. The Masters champion closed with a strong 4-under 68 on Friday, June 7, to take a three-shot lead. Defending champion Viktor Hovland and day 1 leader Adam Hadwin followed the event's favorite golfer at T2.

Round 3 of the Memorial Tournament will begin at 9:20 am ET on Saturday, June 8, with Andrew Putnam and Cameron Young taking the first tee. The pairing of Emiliano Grillo and amateur star Jackson Koivun will follow suit at 9:30 am, while Jason Day and Justin Thomas follow them at 9:40 am.

Notably, leader Scheffler will enjoy the late tee-off on Saturday at 1:45 pm. Hadwin will join him. The group will follow the pairing of Hovland and T4 Christiaan Bezuidenhout, teeing off at 1:35 pm. Second T4 Keegan Bradley will tee off alongside Ludvig Aberg at 1:25 pm.

Notably, the pairing will follow fan favorite and World No.3 Rory McIlroy. The Northern Irishman will take the first tee on Saturday at 1:15 pm alongside Tony Finau.

It is pertinent to note that the 2024 Memorial Tournament underwent the traditional 36-hole cut on Friday. The event’s 156-player field was trimmed to a 73-man field cut to the low 50 and ties.

Patrick Cantlay, Rickie Fowler, Jordan Spieth, Justin Rose, and US Open reigning champion Wyndham Clark were among the notable names who crashed out of the $20,000,000 million competition on Friday.
