2025 RBC Canadian Open payouts: How much each player earned from the $9.8M purse

The 2025 RBC Canadian Open has concluded at the TPC Toronto at Osrey Valley North Course. A thrilling playoff saw Ryan Fox emerge victorious after defeating Sam Burns with a birdie on the fourth playoff hole.

With a total 18 under par score, the winner of the 2025 RBC Canadian Open earned $1,764,000. Burns, who matched his 72-hole score received $1,068,200 for his performance.

Kevin Yu claimed the solo third place at the 2025 RBC Canadian Open with scores of 65, 69, 63, and 66 totalling to 17 under par. He earned $676,200. Cameron Young and Matt McCarty tied for fourth place and received $441,000 each.

Winner of the 2024 edition of the RBC Canadian Open, Robert MacIntyre, tied for 36th place with six other players including Cristobal Del Solar. All the seven PGA Tour stars earned paychecks of $44,660 each.

About the author

Lathika is one of the newer additions to Sportskeeda’s budding golf journalism team and has brought plenty of in-game experience to the role. Having been a golfer for over 12 years now, some of her crowning achievements include winning titles on the Indian Golf Union Ladies tour and Junior Girls Amateur tour.

Her favorite golfers are Nelly Korda and Tiger Woods, both for their playing style as well as their mental strength. Much of her time away from work is spent playing golf, but she also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and learning new hobbies or upskilling.
