Tiger Woods finished with a score of 3 after a dramatic conclusion in the second round. Friday's round was delayed due to poor weather conditions, with Woods finishing the bottom line with a projected cut of 2-par over alongside JT Poston on Friday. He resumed his game on Saturday morning at the 12th hole.

Woods made 3-par on the first hole (11th) of the new day and soon made a birdie on the 15th hole. Unfortunately, he made two consecutive bogeys in the last two holes of the second round. The projected cut was changed to a par-3 after the game resumed on Saturday morning.

Interestingly, Tiger Woods completed with a score of 3 at the 2023 Masters after the second round and made the cut.

The 15-time major champion has been struggling with injuries and it's hard for him to stand on the golf course for a long time. But, he still plays at The Masters.

Tiger Woods finished in 47th position at the Masters in 2022. He once again returned for the major tournament and sank three birdies on Thursday. But he also made five bogeys to finish at a score of 74, which was promoted to 73 after the second round.

"I don't know how many more" - Tiger Woods is not sure about the 2024 Masters

Tiger Woods has been struggling with his injuries for the last few years. He was met with a car accident in 2021 and has missed most of the PGA Tour events, but expressed an interest to play at Augusta.

In 2023, Woods has only played at the Genesis Invitational Open and came to Augusta with the dream of winning the sixth green jacket of his career.

Tiger Woods doubted his future appearances at The Masters. Although he is just 47 and has three more years to be eligible for the Champions Tour, his deteriorating health affects his game.

In one of his interviews earlier this week at Augusta, Tiger Woods revealed:

"Yes, it has. I didn't know- I mean last year, I didn't know if I was going to play again at the time. For some reason, everything kind of came together and I pushed a little bit and was able to make the cut, which was nice. Yeah, I don't know how many more I have in me, so just to be able to appreciate the time that I have here and share some memories."

Interestingly, Woods is one of three golfers who have defended their Masters title. He won his last Masters in 2019. Fans are hoping for a grand comeback for the legendary golfer at the 2023 tournament.

It is important to note that Brooks Koepka topped the leaderboard after the second round with a scoring deficit of 12. Fred Couples made history at Augusta after making the cut, becoming the oldest golfer to qualify for The Masters at the age of 63.

Unfortunately, Woods' best friend Rory McIlroy missed the cut after the second round.
