Nelly Korda labels Philly airport the “worst in the world” after missing flight post ShopRite LPGA Classic 2025

After a mixed outing at the ShopRite LPGA Classic 2025, Nelly Korda didn't have a pleasant time at the Philadelphia airport either. She slammed the airport, referring to it as the worst in the world.

On Sunday, June 8, Nelly Korda shot a 3-under 67 and tied for 15th place at the ShopRite LPGA Classic. Following the 54 holes, she finished at eight under, seven strokes behind the lead.

Following her disappointing week at Galloway, Korda had a flight to catch from Philadelphia airport, which she missed. The World No. 1 revealed this on Instagram and slammed the airport.

"Sprinted through the airport only to miss my flight... at least I kinda... worked out?" she wrote. "Philly is by far the worst airport in the world!"

Speaking of Korda, she has had an underwhelming season so far. While she has posted several top-ten finishes, she hasn't bagged a win this year. Last week, she tied for runner-up at the U.S. Women's Open 2025, which was her best result at the event.
