Did Tiger Woods play at the 2023 Hero World Challenge?

Tiger Woods competed in the Hero World Challenge last year, marking his first start at Albany Golf Club since 2020. Additionally, it was his first event since the 2023 Masters Tournament. Returning after subtalar fusion surgery, he played all 72 holes and finished 18th out of 20. He is a five-time winner at Albany and has also finished runner-up five times.

Tiger Woods was last seen competing at the Open Championship and has been out of action since. A few months ago, he underwent back surgery to address a nerve impingement in his lower back.

The 15-time major champion has been a regular at the PNC Championship. However, it remains to be seen whether he will play this year or make his return to the golf course in 2025.
