Who is leading the 2024 FM Championship after round 2? Leaderboard explored

The second round of the 2024 FM Championship finished this Friday, August 30th at the TPC Boston. The cut line was set at 2 over and 79 players made the cut.

Haeran Ryu is the new leader of the FM Championship after an outstanding second round of 10-under 62. Ryu leads the event by six strokes.

Haeran Ryu carded 10 birdies and no bogeys to move to 13 under and six holes clear in the FM Championship. Ryu had two consecutive four-birdie rounds, one on the front nine and the other on the back nine.

This is how Haeran Ryu described it after the round (via ASAP Sports):

"Just an amazing day, because my shots, everything next to the hole and my putt, everything get in the hole...today shots really good, but we have two more rounds, so I just want to try to more accurate for my iron and keep fairway for my driver."

Yesterday's leader Marina Alex dropped eight places to T9 after an even-par second round in the FM Championship. The most interesting move was made by Bianca Pagdanganan, who climbed 14 places to T2 after shooting 6-under for the round.
