Who won the 2024 Hero Women's Indian Open? Final leaderboard explored

Liz Young started the final round of the Women's Indian Open one stroke behind Alice Hewson and Manon De Roey. The Englishwoman carded one birdie and one bogey (par for the round) to overtake the leaders from the previous round.

Here's what Young had to say while speaking to the Ladies European Tour News Service after winning the Women's Indian Open:

"I’m in shock. Disbelief. It’s my second win, but it’s still as important as any other win. They don’t happen very often as a professional golfer."

Young began her professional career in 2009, but her first victory on the European Tour came in 2022 when she won the Swiss Ladies Open.

Meanwhile, the best local player was Hitaashee Bakshi, who tied for 15th at 5-over-par.
