Maverick McNealy carded three birdies and a bogey in the final round of the RSM Classic to hold onto first place. McNealy briefly lost the lead on the back nine but birdied the 18th to win the event.
Luke Clanton earned his second runner-up finish and fourth top-10 finish of the season on the PGA Tour in just eight starts (seven cuts made). The world's No. 1 amateur, who is still a student at Florida State University, held the lead at one point in the RSM Classic, but bogeyed the 18th to lose both his chance to win and to force a playoff.
Joel Dahmen carded an eagle, four birdies and no bogeys in the final round to move up 26 places on the leaderboard to T35. The performance gave him the chance to finish 124th in the FedEx Cup standings and retain his PGA Tour card for next season.
