Hannah Green won the 2024 BMW Ladies Championship at the Seowon-Hill in the Republic of Korea. The Australian golfer carded -19 for the event and won the tournament by a stroke as Celine Boutier finished at -18.
Green has had an exceptional season so far as she registered her third victory of the season. After winning the 2024 BMW Ladies Championship, the 27-year-old golfer got showered in champagne as her compatriot Grace Kim poured champagne after Green holed her final putt and won the event.
The LPGA Tour posted the video of this moment on X (formerly Twitter) with the caption:
"#CheersToTheChampion Does Grace Kim give the best champagne shower? Hannah Green secured her ticket to the 2025/26 @HiltonGrandVac Tournament of Champions with her win at the BMW Ladies Championship!"
With this victory, Hannah Green has also confirmed her spot in the 2025/26 Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions. This is a special tournament played every year in January, with the field limited to the LPGA Tour winners from the last two years.
Hannah Green becomes second Australian golfer to win three LPGA Tour events in a season
The Australian golfer Hannah Green registered three victories on the LPGA Tour this season. She started the season by winning the HSBC Women's World Championship and then the JM Eagle LA Championship a couple of months later.
The 27-year-old golfer's recent victory in Korea was her third win of the season, making her the second Aussie golfer to register three LPGA Tour wins in a single season after Karrie Webb, who achieved this feat in 2006.

After winning the 2024 BMW Ladies Championship, Green was informed about her achievement during the post-round press conference. Remarking how she was not aware of the feat, Hannah said:
"I did not know that about Webby's statistics. But yeah, I've playing really solid this year. Obviously, having two wins and a runner-up and things like that," Green said.
The six-time LPGA Tour winner talked about feeling motivated during the off-season but added that she wanted to maintain this consistency in what she felt was a 'special year'.
"But I just felt really different this off-season. I felt much more motivated. I got married in January. So this has been a very special year..It helps that I've been hitting the ball well, and when the putter goes well, it does go well. So just making sure that I can stay consistent. But I still have four or five more tournaments for the rest of the year, so I want to continue to work hard and have myself in these type of positions," Green said.
