Instructions:
Step 1: Get down in the push up position, but place your toes on a stability ball or on the edge of a chair. Your body will be inclined, but you must form a straight line from your head to your heels.
Step 2: Bend your elbows and do a normal push-up.
Step 3: Push yourself back up and repeat.
Do 2 sets of 15 reps each.
