Delhi Dynamos will have to wait for their first win as the hosts drew once against fellow strugglers FC Pune City as the sides played out an exciting 1-1 draw in Delhi. The Dynamos completely outplayed Antonio Habas' side in the first half as Pune were defending with 10 men behind the ball right from the word go. Habas' techniques paid off as Jesus Tato, the Barcelona academy graduate opened the scoring for the visitors with a looping header in first-half stoppage time.
The first half was one-way traffic for Delhi but the hosts slowed down in the second period as the game was mostly played in the middle of the park with Pune City still applying a low block against Delhi's attacking threat. Delhi's resilience finally paid dividends as Milan Singh struck the equaliser for the hosts in the 79 minute to share the honour with Pune City. Soram Porei: 6.5/10
The youngster replaced Toni Doblas in the starting lineup and wasn't tested enough in the 90 minutes as Pune hardly had a chance on target other than the goal itself. He looked assured in his area and also was quick to get off his line.
Shouvik Chakraborty: 6.5/10
The right back has played all the five matches for Delhi until now and has proved his selection to be worthy yet again with a solid performance. He was strong defensively and also a few shots which troubled Pune's keeper Edel.
Ruben Gonzalez: 6/10
The towering centre-back had a fine shot saved from Edel as he was a threat from each of Delhi's set pieces and also should have received a penalty after a push from behind by Gouramangi Singh. He was bullied in the air by Pune's striker Dramane Traore in defence.
Anas Enathodika: 6.5/10
He replaced Chinglesana Singh in the starting lineup and the centre-back proved his worth in the playing eleven. He was good in possession and also his positioning was brilliant in Pune's seldom attacks.
David Addy: 7/10
Addy was one of the best players in the first half as he ran the show for Delhi and initiated many attacks for Marcelino and Malouda. It was surprising to see him substituted in the second half as the fullback was doing a more than decent job for the Dynamos.
Emerson Moura: 5.5/10
He replaced the former Real Madrid youth player, Marcos Tebar but failed to put his influence on the game. The duo of Jonatan Lucca and Momo Sissoko got the better of him on many occasions.
Milan Singh: 6/10
Though he scored the equalising goal for the hosts, the midfielder was lucky to stay on the field as his mistimed tackle was a clear red card offence but the referee thought otherwise. He had another impressive showing in midfield but must improve on his tackling.
Florent Malouda : 6/10
Playing yet again in a no.10 role, Malouda made his best start to a game this season as his quick thinking and sharp passing troubled Pune to many extents. His influence reduced in the second half and the Frenchman was substituted.
Marcelinho : 6.5/10
He is slowing proving to be one of the best players of this campaign as yet another impressive display by the winger was crucial in Delhi maintaining continuous pressure on Pune's defence.
Rupert Nongrum: 5/10
The winger had yet another poor display as he failed to provide any impetus to Delhi's forward runs and also could not support Shouvik defensively.
Richard Gadze: 7/10
The Ghanaian was one of the best players on the pitch as the forward posed many questions to the Pune back line and if it wasn't for Edel, Gadze would have scored a brace for the Dynamos tonight.
Substitutes:
Chinglensana Singh: 6/10
The Indian fullback was brought on in place of Addy to bring more solidity in Delhi's defence and he did just that in his 30-minute appearance.
Bruno Pellisari: 5.5/10
Delhi's number 10 looked threatening at times but lacked the desired final outcome.
Badara Badji: 5/10
The striker replaced Delhi's captain Malouda in the 77th minute but he couldn't receive any service from his teammates.
FC Pune City
Edel Bete: 7.5/10
The towering custodian proved yet again as to why he is considered the best keeper in ISL. If it wasn't for him, Pune would have got a serious beating at the hands of Delhi tonight as he made brilliant saves after saves.
Rahul Bheke: 6/10
The right back had a decent game overall as he contributed to the visitor's attack with intent but his long throws were ineffective tonight.
Gouramangi Singh: 5.5/10
The experienced Indian centre back had a tough match as Delhi's forwards posed serious questions. He was lucky not to concede a penalty as he tripped Ruben in the first half.
Dharmaraj Ravanan: 6.5/10
Ravanan was also guilty of untimely errors as the defender was given a hard time by Gadze. He settled into the game and was back at his best in the second half.
Narayan Das : 5/10
The left back had a night to forget as his attacking output was close to nothing and he was very easily beaten by the likes of Marcelinho and Gadze in defence.
Eduardo Ferreira : 6/10
The Brazilian-born centre-back played in a new defensive midfield position to keep Delhi's Florent Malouda in check and he did his job to perfection. After a 25-30 minutes frenzy at the start, Ferreira got hold of the game and made the most interceptions in the game.
Momo Sissoko: 5.5/10
Another decent showing by Pune's captain but failed to have his usual influence on the game. The former Liverpool man lost his patience once as he received a booking for his tussle with Moura.
Jonatan Lucca: 6/10
The former FC Goa player was crisp in his passing in the second half and he now has a hand in three of Pune's five goals this season. He had a disastrous first half as he failed to lost possession time and again.
Sanju Pradhan : 5.5/10
The talented Indian winger was anonymous for the majority of the game as he failed to create chances for the visitors.
Jesus Tato : 7.5/10
The Spaniard scored his first ISL goal and he totally deserved it as he yet again played his heart out for the Stallions. The forward has shown tremendous work rate for Habas' side right from the first game and it finally bore fruit.
Dramane Traore: 5/10
The Mali striker did not get many opportunities to inflict some damage as he cut a lonely figure up front for Pune.
Substitutes:
Lenny Rodrigues: 5/10
He replaced Sanju Pradhan but the 24-year-old lost the ball many times as he failed to get used to the pace of the game.
Anibal Zurdo: 6/10
In the last match, Zurdo rescued a point for the Stallions but was unable to do so tonight as he was on for less than 10 minutes. The Spaniard could not create a single chance as Habas should have brought him on earlier.
