Subhasish Roy Chowdhury - 7/10

NorthEast United custodian Roy made multiple good saves to keep Mumbai City FC at bay. His reflex stop off Gabriel late in the game was particularly fabulous.

Gurjinder Kumar - 6/10

Kumar had a mixed display. While he looked to charge forward whenever he could, his final product was often lacking. He also committed a couple of needless fouls defensively, but did well to keep Pratap Singh quiet in the second half.

Zakaria Diallo - 6.5/10

Diallo began the game a little nervously, and looked a bit troubled by Mumbai City FC's pace in the initial moments. However, he recovered his composure, and was excellent in the second half.

Mashoor Shereef - 6/10

Shereef was unfortunate to concede what looked like a soft penalty in the first half. He recovered well from that incident, though, to help NorthEast United maintain more solidity in the second period.

Provat Lakra - 6/10

Lakra kept Bipin Singh quiet for almost the entirety of the game. Lakra was caught out by Mumbai City FC a couple of times, but displayed clear signs of improvement once his team drew level, making three tackles.

Imran Khan - 5.5/10

Khan tried his best to impact the game, but was largely shut out by the Mumbai City FC midfield. He recorded no shots or key passes, in a below-par display.

Hernan Santana - 6.5/10

Santana was yet another NorthEast United player who improved after the break. He was lucky to get the assist for Irshad's goal, with the ball deflecting off his foot. He built on from that to end the game with two tackles and two key passes. Santana also drew a good save from Nawaz with a pretty well-struck free-kick.

Sehnaj Singh - 6/10

Singh made some unnecessary fouls, but put in a robust performance otherwise. He completed 75% of his passes, and shielded NorthEast United's defence well in the second half.

Marco Sahanek - 6/10

Sahanek often combined well with Marcelinho, and was a threat down the right wing early on. However, he had to drop deeper and deeper to collect the ball, and managed only one shot on target and a key pass against Mumbai City FC.

Marcelo Pereira - 7/10

Marcelinho was NorthEast United's biggest threat going forward, and he led them brilliantly in the second half. He did incredibly well on one occasion to get a shot away under immense pressure, but hit the crossbar. Overall, Marcelinho provided two key passes, and won two tackles in an excellent display.

VP Suhair - 6.5/10

Suhair was a non-factor in the first half, but showed tremendous improvement in the second period. He also hit the post with an audacious chipped effort, and made some key contributions in defence to keep Mumbai City FC in check.

NorthEast United Substitutes

Laldanmawia Ralte - 6.5/10

Ralte replaced Sahanek in the 70th minute. He was heavily involved in NorthEast United's equaliser, and offered an outlet in attack.

Patrick Flottmann - 6/10

Flottmann came on for Shereef in the 70th minute. He was solid in defence, and helped his team hold on for a point in the end.

Mohammad Irshad Thaivalappil - 7/10

Irshad replaced Sehnaj Singh with 17 minutes of regulation time to go. He won his team a point with an excellent right-footed attempt that nestled into the bottom corner.

Irshad also offered some much-needed impetus to the Highlanders' attacks late on.
