Afghanistan 183/7 (20 ov)
Zimbabwe 136/5 (20 ov)
Afghanistan won by 47 runs.
Player of the match: Najibullah Zadran
So Afghanistan wrapping up the series 3-0 as the woes continue for Zimbabwe. They would have liked to salvage some pride but once again, they were outplayed by Afghanistan in this contest who will end the entire series on a winning spree. Asghar Afghan with the most number of T20I wins as well will certainly be a more than happy skipper with the way his boys have gone about their business.

Zimbabwe needed to start well which they failed to with the bowlers bowling some real tight lines and lengths right throughout the game, not letting the batsmen get away at the any stage of the game as Zimbabwe never looked to be in the hunt whatsoever. They failed to restrict Afghanistan early on and courtesy a stellar show from Najibullah with the bat, the hosts posted a total way beyond the reach of their counterparts as it turned out to be.

A professional show once again from Afghanistan with their bowlers coming to the party, not only the experienced guys in the team but also the new comers which has come out as a real strength for them after missing out some key players. They will be mighty pleased with what they have achieved and they only continue to rise from here in International cricket!
Asghar Afghan (Winning Captain, Afghanistan): We won the series 3-nil and it is very important for our morale and we are very happy. We are missing players like Mujeeb, Gulbadin, Hazmat and the others due to visa problem. The other guys performed really well and I will give credit to the coaching as well, they have worked hard with the players. I did not know that I am the number one captain in T20 cricket and it is good for Afghanistan. It is very big for the people of Afghanistan.
Karim Janat, Player of the Series: This is the first time I got the opportunity to come in the top order and I cashed in. The wicket was slow and the ball was not coming on to the bat initially. In domestic cricket back home I played in the top order and bowled with the new ball as well so it was not difficult for me.
Najibullah Zadran, Player of the Match: I would thank the skipper to give me batting in the top order and I enjoyed it. When Asghar came to the crease he told me to build the partnership and then play my natural game that helped us post 180-plus.
Sean Williams (Losing Captain, Zimbabwe): Looking at the Test series I think it was a fantastic effort from the guys. I think in the T20's I think we were behind before we even begun that series. Lot of positives to take out, some good batting and the new guys that came in did exceptionally well. You take the good with the bad and learn from it. I think towards the end of the innings in the bowling we let through and we lost wickets upfront so it was hard to comeback from that.
A disappointing series coming to an end for Zimbabwe then as Afghanistan have white-washed their opponents They will finish with a few big hits but to no avail as the game was lost way behind. Asghar Afghan, with 42 wins, becomes the skipper with highest number of wins in T20I cricket as well with that! Afghanistan with three dominant victories and this has been a brilliant series win for them!
Over: 20 | Summary: 3 1 1 4 0 6 Bowler: Karim Janat Score: 136/5
19.6 Karim Janat to Ryan Burl, SIX! It does not matter, Afghanistan seal the series 3-0, coming to the delivery. Full-length ball on stump line and he sends this one over long-on for a maximum. It has been a clinical show as they win by 47 runs!
19.5 Karim Janat to Ryan Burl, slower ball on a length outside the off-stump, Burl is early into his shot this time and is beaten.
19.4 Karim Janat to Ryan Burl, FOUR! Length ball coming into the batsman with the angle, Burl heaves this one away to the deep backward square-leg region for a boundary
19.3 Karim Janat to Sikandar Raza, OH! Off the fingertips, full-length ball outside the off-stump and Raza tries to send this one over the cover fielder. The fielder got his finger tips but did not hold onto it
19.2 Karim Janat to Ryan Burl, low full-toss on stump line and Burl gets this one down to long-on for a single.
19.1 Karim Janat to Sikandar Raza, full-length ball outside the off-stump, Raza chips this one over extra covers for a couple. They steal an extra run off the overthrow as well.
Afghanistan on the cusp of whitewashing Zimbabwe now and finishing this entire tour on a high now. Another good over from Farooqi and what a brilliant spell it has been from him on debut. Going nowhere for Zimbabwe and this has been a terrible batting display from them.

63 off the final over and we have our winners quite clearly now!
