Right so Aachen have ended up with just 90 on the board and they've been absolutely thumped by the Roosters here. They've succumbed to a 40 run defeat and the Roosters will benefit greatly with this massive win especially with their net run rate towards the later stages of the innings.

They started off the innings on a poor note as they kept loosing wickets early on. They lost four wickets in the powerplay itself and lost half their side by the time they reached the half way stage. However, they were rescued by a late partnership by Waqas Tahir and Rahim Mohammad.

The duo rescued their side from a precarious position with some late hitting and managed to take them past a respectable total. However, their wasn't any other notable contribution and it was one of the major reasons why they fell short in the end.

Murali Prasad was the pick of the bowlers as he picked up three wickets for just 12 runs in his two overs. He was given good support by Thivakaran who also picked up a wicket but was incredibly economical and gave away just 6 runs. Prabha had a bad day though as he was the only bowler who had been targeted by the batters. In the end, the target of 130 proved to be too much for the Aachen side.
