The target was never going to pose a threat to Trentino Aquila and they eventually chase it down with 4 overs to spare. Lovepreet Singh blazed his way through to 44 off just 25 deliveries while Ashiq Awais struck the winning shot to seal the deal for Aquila.

After a great bowling effort, it was a professional run chase as they thrash Bergamo CC by 9 wickets. Lovepreet played majority of the first three overs and Aquila managed to post 28 and there was no looking back from there. Adeel Ahmed also got into the act and smashed a couple of sixes during his knock of 16 off 10 deliveries.

In the end, it was Lovepreet who remained unbeaten, smashing 5 fours and 3 sixes in the process. None of the bowlers could make a mark for Bergamo CC. They looked a tired unit especially after losing their previous game in the golden ball and surrendered meekly.
