An all-round display from DRX to dominate in every department as they cruise to a comfortable victory in the end. After curbing BCC to a trivial total, DRX batters took on the attack to wrap up proceedings with a little more than two overs to go.

After losing opener Hamza Niaz early in the run chase, the duo of Ahmad Nabi and Mohammad Nisar steadied the innings with a solid partnership of 49 runs and eventually took the game away from BCC.

For BCC, only Hadisullah Tarakhel and Salarzai Israel could make inroads and that wasn't enough to put the brakes on the opposition. With ample wickets in hand, DRX always looked on top of the chase as they won their opening game of the Championship Week. DRX currently occupies the apex spot in the table with 2 points while BCC sunk to the bottom.
