Shuvagata Hom (Chattogram Challengers' captain): I am very happy with this win. Tanzid was fantastic today - he batted from the beginning till the end. Whenever we have so many runs on the board, we are able to defend it and go about our business with confidence.

Tanzid Hasan is the Player of the Match: Praise be to God. I just heard that we have qualified for the playoffs. I am very happy. More than me, my parents are happy for me. I would like to dedicate this century to my little nephew. I was just waiting for the ball to come into my area.

Anamul Haque (Khulna Tigers' captain): We did not score enough runs today. When we lost the momentum, we could not quite take the responsibility to go deep and take the game. Had we batted well, things may have been different for us. They bowled and fielded exceedingly well, and full credit to them.

Khulna Tigers were never in the game, and despite skipper Anamul Haque's statement earlier in the day that everyone was geared up for this crucial match, none of the players seemed keyed up for such a big occasion.

Chattogram Challengers beat them by a comfortable margin and established their superiority over their opponents in all three departments of the game: batting, bowling and fielding.

Khulna will want to go back and work on their batting; had they not lost so many wickets at regular intervals, they would have been able to chase these runs down, or at least got closer to the target.

Chattogram will be extremely proud of their efforts in this game. Khulna, for all their bravery in the earlier stages of the competition, failed to come to terms with the Chattogram challenge in this match.

Mukidul did not have to move an inch to take this catch! That will be that - Chattogram have been propelled into the top four!
