This has been a good win for the Cape Town Samp Army as they win this game by 4 wickets, take two points and now are the table toppers in the league. They look assured of securing a top-two finish and will play Qualifier 1.

The start to the chase wasn't as smooth as Cape Town Samp Army would've liked it. They lost a wicket in the first over and kept losing wickets at regular intervals. Rahmanullah Gurbaz was the only batter to scale double digits in the top order, but otherwise, it was a lacklustre batting approach from the first few batters. Karim Janat held his own and smashed the ball to all corners of the park, scoring a brilliant 48* and taking his side home.

The bowling wasn't up to the mark from the Durban Qalandars bowlers, Daryn Dupavillon was the best bowler as he picked up 2 wickets in his spell and kept things tight. Tendai Chatara also picked up a couple of wickets but wasn't that effective against the wrath of Karim Janat.
