They were never really in it to tell you the truth, were the Emirates Blues. Not once did they get over 14 runs in a single over, not even when they got off to a strong start. Abdullah Saleem was their best bet in making a game out of this target, but having shown signs of intent, he fell in the first over itself, leaving Emirates Blues with way too much to do.

Yousuf Khan and Aryan Saxena tried their best in keeping up with the required rate, but it was never meant to be. The pressure kept piling on them with each passing over, more so after the floating powerplay went all wrong, and once Yousuf Khan fell, the others did too, all in a heap. The Fujairah bowlers had a fun time closing the game out - this win will give their Net Run Rate a massive boost!
