An absolutely dominating performance from FIG to outclass MAL in every department and seal the match with comfortable ease. FIG gave a testament of their character to seal the must-win tie convincingly and keep their hopes in the tournament alive.

After a solid bowling effort to restrict MAL to 93, FIG suffered an early setback losing opener Parwinder Singh in the first over. However, the duo of Dalwinder Singh and Harjot Sahota stepped up to the occasion and scripted a match-winning 86-run partnership.
