As was expected, Spencer's bowlers did an amazing job and did not allow the batters of Hornchurch to play freely or work their shots around with conviction.
They were brilliant in restricting their opponents to a low total and made sure that Hornchurch did not get the chance to knock these runs down. Hornchurch's horrid showing in this ECS England continues, and it is baffling to everyone who has seen them perform at the ECL in the past.
After this game, Spencer will be extremely pleased with their efforts and hope that they can carry this further into the tournament. The momentum that they have gained here will help them immensely, and this should allow them to give their confidence a big fillip.
