Manish Pandey, Hubli Tigers Captain - This is exactly what we had planned for. The boys have been putting in the hard yards and it paid off. We got the chance to bowl early on and the spinners came into the picture. Mohammad Taha was sensational as well. His game doesn't really change much and hopefully he can continue to do wonders for us. Our bowlers did a great job in containing the runs during the powerplay and as a bargain for that we managed to get the extra wickets.

Mitrakanth Yadav is the Player of the Match for his superb spell of 3/17. Here's what he has to say: The pitch was normal. The captain and coach just told me to bowl dots. Enjoying myself and having a lot of fun in this team.

It's been a Mohammad Taha show here at the MA Chinnaswamy stadium today and he has helped the Tigers achieve this total in just 8 overs. It didn't start off well for the batting side as Prasidh Krishna was bowling thunderbolts early on and he knocked over Sisodia in the first over but it was all about the dasher Taha from there on and he put on a dazzling display of stroke play.

There was a rain delay in the middle and that let to the game being shortened via the VJD method but it couldn't deter Taha as he raced off to a 50 in just 25 balls. He was given good support by Shrijith who remained unbeaten on 17 at the other end.

The Warriors bowlers hardly had anything to show for except for that solitary wicket by Prasidh Krishna. The gentle medium pace of Ajith Kumar and Venkatesh proved to be too costly for them as Taha hammered them all over the park.

By the time, the spinners came in, the game had already been curtailed due to rain and it was a bit too late. In the end the Tigers clinched the game quite comfortably and completed what has been an absolutely clinical effort from them with both bat and ball.

8.1 Manoj Bhandage to KL Shrijith, FOUR! THAT WILL BE ALL! A bit of width on a back of a length radar and Shrijith throws his hands at it. Fences a cut past backward point and picks the gap to send it racing past the boundary rider as well as it brings the curtains down on this one-sided contest. A breeze in the park and Hubli Tigers start their campaign with a 9-wicket win (VJD method)!

Back to back boundaries from Taha to end that over and the Tigers need just a couple of more runs to win here. Mohammad Taha has made a mockery of this target.
