Commentary

That will be all for today's coverage. India will be playing one of Bangladesh or UAE in the quarter-finals of the Under 19 World Cup. At the same time, Uganda will be moving to the plate knockouts. Plenty of cricket is scheduled for tomorrow's super Sunday so do not forget to tune into Sportskeeda, this will be Raghav and Lavil signing off.

Nishant Sindhu, India captain: We're focusing on our skills. Our batters were off to a strong start. Our bowlers are also performing admirably. We attempt to take notes on a few things and put them into practice throughout the games.

Pascal Murungi, Uganda captain: We knew India are going to be the most difficult side of the group. It was a good experience for us, we are looking at the positives and this will be a good experience for us. Isaac went to the hospital after getting hit but I am sure he will be back for the plate knockouts.

Raj Bawa: Feel's good, loved to contribute to the team's win. I don't have a preference selecting which skill is my strongest, love to contribute to the side in both departments. My favourite player is Yuvraj Singh, was very young when I first met him, got only an autograph

What a win, what a win for India! They have won this match by whooping 327 runs and finished top of their group. A very tough pill to swallow for Uganda, they were completely blown away and outplayed in all three departments of the game. They won the toss and put India to bat first but nothing went in their favour since then.

Chasing 406 was never going to be in Uganda's mind. They were off to the worst possible start. Opener Isaac Ategeka was retired hurt in the first over itself and Uganda lost three more wickets in the first four overs. Vats and Hangargekar triggered the top order collapse but skipper Pascal Murungi and Ronald Opio consolidated for Uganda from there.

They added 29 runs for the third wicket before Nishant Sindhu ran through the remainder of the batting lineup. Murungi top scored with 34 and was given out wrongly. He was the only positive for Uganda before they head into playing plate quarter-finals. Opio was the only other batter entering double digits. Sindhu was the pick of the bowlers with four wickets and he will love to carry this form to knockouts.
