What a fantastic game of cricket we have seen here in Milan. Despite getting off to one of the most fabulous starts in recent history owing to Asad Tanveer's whirlwind knock of 47 off just 15 balls, they could not quite get over the line against Kings XI.

The latter side, propped up to this total thanks to a fabulous partnership put together by Simranjit Singh and Abdullah Abdullah earlier in the day, will be extremely happy with the result. They showed immense courage and guts and were rewarded amply for it.

Jagmeet Singh was the star with the ball in hand for Kings XI, as he picked up four wickets for a mere 23 runs in his quota of two overs. Jinnah Brescia, however, will feel disheartened that they could not quite pull this off despite Tanveer's stupendous showing with the bat.

What will disappoint the supporters of Jinnah Brescia all the more is the fact that the likes of Mirza Umair, Rizwan Tanveer and Sharukh Nawaz all flattered to deceive when a lot was expected of them. This win will give a lot of confidence to Kings XI, who will hope to carry this forward into the competition and propel themselves towards greater heights.
