A fine performance from Stockholm Tigers as they register a 46-run victory over Kristianstad for whom this was the first fixture of the tournament. The batters put the Tigers in a good position by posting 119/4 on the board. After scoring a fifty earlier on, Akash Islam didn't take time to strike with the ball as he removed Nyazwali Sahil in the second over.

Thereafter, Ihsanullah Wafa struck a few big ones before he was eventually bowled by Rizvi Hoque in the fourth over. In the next over, Kristianstad fell into further trouble as Sajjat Hossen dismissed Farid Zahir and Niamatullah Musleh. The batting side continued to collapse as Akash was brought back in the seventh over and the pacer added three more wickets to his tally. In the end, the pair of Noman Zaheer and Hafizullah Shinwari batted out the remaining overs but Kristianstad could only finish with 73/7!
