Malaysia 109/10 (16.5 ov)
Nepal 113/1 (12.1 ov)
Nepal won by 9 wickets
Player of the match: Karan KC
Dominating win for Nepal, chasing the target down with ease in the end, as it was expected. Brilliant opening stand between Bhurtel and Aasif, their second hundred-plus stand on the trot, getting the job done for their side. Bhurtel remaining unbeaten on 61, being the star of the chase as he took the charge early on and made sure this chase was going only one way and in quick speed as well. Tremendous hitting from him and equally well supported by Aasif, getting out on a well made 42, unfortunately missing out on his fifty.

Not a lot for the Malaysia bowlers to play with and it was never going to be easy, given the form both the Nepal openers were in and a misery of a game for them, crashing to their second consecutive defeat, still searching to get off the mark on the points table. Completely outplayed in this contest and it was their batting that really let them down and that is where they lost this game. Time for them to re-think their plans and they need to pull their socks up if they want to set things right.

Back to back victories for Nepal as they move to the top of the table, dominating in this tri-series with another convincing win. It was their bowling that set the game up for them restricting Malaysia to a nothing score on this wicket and then their batsmen came out and repaid the faith quite easily and in style, making it a one-sided affair. Brilliant run for them so far and this will give them more confidence going ahead, to pull out victories like these where you dominate as a unit on the whole and stamp your authority over the opposition. They will be up against Netherlands again tomorrow where they will be looking to make it three in a row. We'll find out what that contest holds for us but until then, this is Rishab and Pratyush bidding you goodbye!
Wrapped up in style and Nepal have just taken a delivery over twelve overs to scale this target down. Nine-wicket win as they hammer Malaysia for the second consecutive win now. Second consecutive hundred-plus stand for the openers as well and making light work of a paltry total. Bhurtel unbeaten on 61, the star of the chase and these runs were never going to be enough to defend!

Nepal won by 9 wickets.
The lone good thing for Malaysia then, being able to break this partnership. Job done for Nepal nonetheless but Aasif will be disappointed to have missed out on a fifty. Nepal would have liked a 10-wicket win as well but they will take this just the same. Just a one-run needed now!

The running has been so good from these two batsmen for majority part of this partnership along with the big hits. Perfect combination of aggression and sensible batting throughout and this is yet another hundred plus stand between them, two in a row now. Absolutely terrific as they get closer and closer. Just a couple of hits away are Nepal now!
