What a chase it turned out to be. Well, all credit goes to Naeem and Ahsan for their carnage at the start and in the middle overs. After a dismal bowling performance to start the proceedings, VD pulled things back in the end, all thanks to Safi's two tough overs, but it's always going to be a huge ask to defend this once you concede so many runs at the start.

Mirallikhel picked up Hasan in the very first over, but the bowlers who followed after him never looked threatening. They were just feeding Ahsan and Naeem with half-volleys and the damage was done in the first overs, which allowed them to play freely in the last five. Omari lived up to his billing with the bat in his debut match, however, he had a forgettable outing with the ball, conceding 17 runs in his first over. Despite fighting hard in the previous match, Pakistan agonisingly failed to chase the similar target against Vienna Afghan but they will be happy to walk away with a victory in the final match of the day. Hope you enjoyed the coverage and until then, this is Pragadeesh, signing off on behalf of my fellow colleague, Dwijesh. See yaa.

Wrong line, wrong length and Safi's turn now to get smashed by Ahsan this time. He bowled a very good first over but couldn't replicate on that occasion, as he conceded 10 runs to finish his quota

With 9 wickets in their hand, Still, PCC are well in control of this match but those two overs just made this contest slightly interesting.
