In all honesty, this was a rather bizarre run-chase. The target was increased by 3 runs more than what the Royal Barcelona batters put up. Fahad Iqbal had a go at it early on, helping Spartans Hospitalet gather 18 off the first over itself. That was the only over which made it seem like the Hospitalet were on course for some miraculous. But of course, it was never meant to be!

Both the openers, Adeel Ahmed and Fahad Iqbal then departed in quick succession in back-to-back overs. The chase was well and truly killed by then - a mere 8 runs came of the two overs after the first one! The Hospitalet batters then resorted to batting practice, with Ayaz Ahmad showing off his defensive technique. Ayaz went for a few shots towards the end, and ended up being the top-scorer for his side!
