As Sri Lanka lift the trophy, we wrap up the coverage of what has been a cracking ICC World Cup Qualifier tournament. It has been a pleasure for myself, Karthik Raj and my co-commentator, Pradeep to bring you the coverage from this second innings of the final. Stay tuned to Sportskeeda and switch over to the exciting final stages of the 3rd Ashes Test. Until next time, it is a warm good-bye!
Dasun Shanaka (Sri Lanka captain): Prior to this tournament, we had a good series against Afghanistan. Coming here, everyone wanted to prove that we are a better side than one which has to qualify. Only concern were the injuries. We lost Lahiru Kumara and Dushmantha Chameera. Apart from that, we had control in all the matches. For a while, I have been playing with them. So, I know when to introduce the different bowlers. We made the plans early with Chris (Silverwood) and Mahela (Jayawardene). There was pressure but no one let it come to the dressing room. The environment in the team was very good. We never wanted to play a Qualifier tournament. But it is a different pressure to play the Qualifiers and it is a big achievement. I must thank Zimbabwe cricket for organising a wonderful tournament. I thank all the fans too!
Scott Edwards (Netherlands captain): Obviously, it is a pretty high-intensity tournament. Really proud of the guys. Besides this game, we played some really good cricket. Kept them to a score which we thought could be achieved. The culture in the group has been amazing. Zimbabwe is a beautiful place to come to and we have enjoyed that. That West Indies chase, we took a lot of confidence out of that. Even chasing 280 in 44 overs (Against Scotland), we had the blueprint from that. It is massive for the guys, people back home and Dutch cricket. To play in a ten-team World Cup, it is massive for us!
Sean Williams has been named as the 'Player of the Tournament'. Sikandar Raza receives the award on his behalf!
Dilshan Madushanka (Player of the Match): I am happy to be the 'Player of the Match' in the final. My role is to take wickets in the Powerplay. The pitches here have been good for batting. However, as bowlers, whatever the conditions are, we have to adjust. I learn a lot from Kasun Rajitha, he has been my mentor

Time for the Post-match Presentation!
Chris Silverwood [Sri Lanka coach]: First goal was to qualify to the world up, which we did and the next goal was to try and win the final as well. We did well and ticked off all the boxes. There was pressure coming into this tournament, expectation from people back home was to qualify for the world cups and I think we can go home happy. Personal point of view, with the team, our game plan and we managed to build the momentum coming from the Afghan series, the confidence we've built, we will take it into the world up. It's huge from a mental side of things, people need downtime and also from a physical point of view, the players need to make sure, when they enter the tournament they start fresh. We've seen two young bowlers today on show again, with immense potential but equally have seen the spinning bowling just strong they are. As a bowling unit, everybody that has taken part really shone for us.
Wanindu Hasaranga: Before we came here, we had a good series against Afghanistan, our bowlers bowled well and we took the momentum into the qualifiers. When we were batting, we came to know how the wicket behaved and as a bowling unit, we bowled stump and stump, that helped us. As a team, personally we take this momentum into main even in India, bowlers have played a lot of games in India and we know how the wicket behaves there, this qualifier has helped us.
What a dominant performance from Sri Lanka as they continue their unbeaten run to lift the ICC World Cup Qualifier title here. Yet again, Sri Lanka only managed a moderate total of 233 but the bowlers made it look much bigger.
Dilshan Madushanka started the damage as he dismissed Vikramjit Singh and Wesley Barresi within the first seven overs. In the very next over, Wanindu Hasaranga trapped Teja Nidamanuru in front to climb all the Dutch. The scorecard became worse as Madushanka struck Noah Croes' pads to get a third scalp while Scott Edwards was run-out in the tenth over.
Hasaranga also struck again as he got rid of Saqib Zulfiqar with a googly to reduce the Netherlands to 49-6. The experienced pair of Max O'Dowd and Logan van Beek had the responsibility of putting some respect on the scorecard and the duo milked some runs for a while. However, the resistance was not to last for long as Theekshana came back to trap him in front. Eventually, Theekshana got three more wickets as he made short of the Dutch tail-enders!
23.3 Maheesh Theekshana to Clayton Floyd, OUT! MASSIVE SHOUT FOR LBW AND UMPIRE RAISES THE FINGER! It's all over for the Dutch and Sri Lanka annihilate them here. Hasaranga and Theekshana dismantle the Dutch, but it was Madhushanka who set this up in the powerplay. Good length, turned back in sharply as Floyd was late to get forward to defend, misses and pings on the pad and would've crashed into leg-stump.
23.2 Maheesh Theekshana to Clayton Floyd, FOUR MORE! Poor delivery, fires it down the leg-side. Floyd gets a tickle, beats the diving leg-slip and races down to fine-leg for a boundary.
23.1 Maheesh Theekshana to Logan van Beek, length delivery but strays down the leg-side, van Beek clipped it to short fine-leg and takes a quick single.
Seven runs off the over. Nice positive shot from Clayton Floyd to produce a boundary against Wanindu Hasaranga. It might be no where close to international level but ECC fans will know that Floyd is a capable batter

22.6 Wanindu Hasaranga to Clayton Floyd, FOUR! SHOT! Good shot from Floyd. Sits on one knee and gets good bat on the sweep, goes wide of deep backward square-leg and finds the ropes.
22.5 Wanindu Hasaranga to Clayton Floyd, another googly, turned back in on the off-stump. Floyd strides out to defend but gets the inside edge back on to the pad.
22.4 Wanindu Hasaranga to Logan van Beek, length delivery on the leg-stump, van Beek gets inside the line and sweeps it behind square for one.
22.3 Wanindu Hasaranga to Logan van Beek, good length on the stumps, van Beek mistimes the sweep and straight to square-leg fielder.
22.2 Wanindu Hasaranga to Clayton Floyd, OH DEAR! Direct-hit would've been all over for the Dutch. Floyd clips it around the corner, slight hestitation as he takes off. Short fine-leg fielder fires the throw at the bowler's end and misses.
