Scorecard
Hammarby
72/6 (10)
Stockholm Mumbai Indians
64/7 (10)
HAM won by 8 runs.

Hammarby - 72/6 in 10 overs (Khalid Mehmood 23 off 15 balls, Swapnil Kale 2/9 in 2 overs) beat Stockholm Mumbai Indians - 64/7 in 10 overs (Pratik Sankhe 18 off 9 balls, Azam Mohammad 4/5 in 2 overs) by 8 runs.

It was the Aftab Mohammad show with the ball after Hammarby were hammered in the first three overs as he picked up four wickets for literally nothing and a suicidal run out of Pratik Sankhe sealed the deal in favour of Hammarby. Sadat Sidiqi, the wicket-keeper batter, was fantastic with the gloves but was unfortunately hit on his chin badly, forcing him to stay away from the next match.

Pratik Sankhe and Darshan Lakhani gave Stockholm Mumbai Indians the perfect start and made light work of the initial overs to give their team the advantage, but then, the right-arm leg-spin of Azam Mohammad took care of everything and after that, things fell in place perfectly for Hammarby both with the ball and in the field.

Stockholm Mumbai Indians have to get their acts together now with the bat as they need better technique in handling different types of bowling. We shall see what happens in the next game between these sides at the Norsborg Cricket Ground, for now, this is the pair of Pradeep and Bidipto, saying good bye! Keep following Sportskeeda.

9.6 Aftab Ahmad to Kanwarjit Singh, THAT'S IT! Hammarby showing what a brilliant team they are with the ball, they didn't have a lot on the board to win this, their bowlers got hammered at the start but Azam Mohammad's splendid spell of two overs that turned the game on it's head and Hammarby pick up another win. Full on the stumps, Kanwarjit drilled it back to the bowler for a dot to finish the over.
9.5 Aftab Ahmad to Ruturaj Dhage, short on the off-stump, Dhage on the backfoot drags it down to long-on for another single.
9.4 Aftab Ahmad to Kanwarjit Singh, nails the yorker on the leg-stump, Kanwarjit skips down the track and whips it to long-on for a single.
9.3 Aftab Ahmad to Ruturaj Dhage, short on the off-stump, Dhage gets hurried by the pace, hoicks it down to long-off for a single. They need a six and a four here to win this now.
9.2 Aftab Ahmad to Kanwarjit Singh, short on the off-stump, Kanwarjit on the backfoot turns it past the square-leg region, they scamper through for a brace.
9.1 Aftab Ahmad to Ruturaj Dhage, back of a length on the middle and leg, Dhage flicks it over the mid-wicket region and gets a single.
Aftab Ahmad [1.0-0-16-0] is back to bowl.

Kanwarjit Singh, RHB, is at the crease.

So the equation is simple, Stockholm Mumbai Indians need 15 runs from 6 balls but the advantage is well and truly with Hammarby.

8.6 Humaiz Javed to Swapnil Kale, OUT! KNOCKED HIM OVER! Another one bites the dust, slightly short on the stumps, Kale comes down the track to sweep and misses, rattles the stumps.
Swapnil Kale, RHB, is at the crease.
8.5 Humaiz Javed to Sunil Kaklij, OUT! CLEANED HIM UP! Length delivery, tails into Sunil, goes to heave that one away and misses, through the gates and knocks the stumps over.
Arslan Ali will don the wicket-keeping gloves now.

Let's hope that the injury to Sidiqi is not too serious. He was brilliant with the gloves up to now.
8.4 Humaiz Javed to Sunil Kaklij, full toss again, Sunil misses out, hoicks it straight to backward square-leg fielder, he fires the throw to the keeper, gets hit on the chin and misses, they come back for a brace.
8.3 Humaiz Javed to Ruturaj Dhage, back of a length on the off-stump, Dhage on the backfoot gets a thick outside edge, down to third-man for a single.
8.2 Humaiz Javed to Ruturaj Dhage, FOUR! Full toss on the wide of off-stump, Dhage reaches and thrashes it to deep backward point fence for a boundary.
8.1 Humaiz Javed to Sunil Kaklij, full on the off-stump, Sunil drilled it down to long-on for just a single.
Khalid Mehmood was brilliant with his right arm round the wicket angle across to the right-hander, making him hit to leg every ball and missing. In the process, stacking up dot balls. There is still no boundary available for the batters at the minute but the 50 is up for Stockholm Mumbai Indians.
