Commentary

What an incredible win for Berlin CC this has been. They had the runs on the board and set this game up well. Their bowlers responded brilliantly as Nick Kraiger stood out with a dream spell, picking up a hat-trick and five wickets to destroy USGC and kill the game right then and there in the powerplay. He was on fire with the ball and will be pleased with his performance.

However, Soraganvi and Sangeeth Udayan put up a good partnership, played some fine shots and fought well to make sure that they did not suffer an embarrassing defeat as they managed to get to 93 after being down to 10/5 at one point in the game. A good effort to take the game till the end and not let Berlin CC have it easy eventually.

USGC's winning run coming to an end then and Berlin get a much-needed and a fine all-round win. This kind of a dominating performance against the top side in the competition will certainly give them a big boost going into the final match of the day. Can they carry this momentum or will USGC comeback to settle scores?
