A brilliant display from Rangnick's Austria as they showed great composure on the ball and were majorly the better team in almost all departments. Right from their pressing to their patience in the buildup, everything worked beautifully and on most occasions, Poland had no answers to the questions asked by Austria. They had a blemish in the first half from which Piatek scored but they came up with a far better defensive display in the second half. In attack, Arnautovic with his positioning was very crucial and it allowed Baumgartner to play in behind and it also resulted in a goal. Overall, this win will lift their spirits after a frustrating defeat against France.
Piotr Zielenski is replaced by Kacper Urbanski
Goal-scorer Baumgartner and Arnautovoic make way for Romano Schmid and Michael Gregoritsch respectively. Both the players get huge cheer from the large Austrian crowd present at the stadium.
Arnautovic makes no mistake in converting the spot-kick. He sends Szczesny the wrong way and calmly slots the ball home. This looks done and dusted for Poland. Poland 1-3 Austria
Sabitzer and Arnautovic combine and the former gets the ball in behind the Polish defence and almost squares it past Szczesny. But the Polish goalkeeper catches Sabitzer unfairly in the box.
36-year-old winger Kamil Grosicki replaces Bartosz Slisz
Christoph Baumgartner hands Austria the lead following a beautiful buildup from the Austrians. Rangnick's men moved the ball from right to left very quickly and subsequently, a ball from the left flank was played inside the box. Arnautovic was the intended target but his dummy run found Baumgartner in space and the midfielder nestled it past the goalkeeper. Poland 1-2 Austria
That's the first involvement of Lewandowski since coming off the bench and unfortunately he gets booked following a collision with Lienhart.
Phillipp Mwene is taken off and Alexander Prass is on.
Austria were in a middle of the good buildup just when Moder catches Baumgartner unfairly and gets booked.
Piatek and Buksa are off and Lewandowski and Swiderski replace them upfront.
Goal-scorer Trauner is injured and Rangnick replaces him with Kevin Danso.
Poland pushed bodies forward in a counter-attack and Zalewski was running riot on the left flank until Wimmer brought him down. The referee was quick to spot the infringement.
Poland's Slisz understood the danger and brought down Baumgartner unfairly in midfield. The Austrian midfielder shielded the ball really well and was all set to run at the Polish defence.
Jakud Moder replaces Jakub Piotrowski for Poland while Patrick Wimmer comes in for Florian Grillitsch for the Austrians.
In the first 15 minutes, Austria had the lion's share of possession and also created more opportunities. They rightfully found the back of the net through a brilliant header from Trauner. However, Poland gained momentum in the game after they pushed more bodies in attack. They finally scored the equalizer from a corner as Austrian defenders failed to clear the lines and the ball landed kindly for Piatek, who made no mistake in blasting it past Pentz in goal. It has been a feisty first-half and we expect the same in the upcoming 45 minutes.

Poland:Form (all competitions, most recent first): LWWDWW
Austria:Form (all competitions, most recent first): LDWWWW
Both teams have had a decent run heading into the tournament and though they lost their opening fixtures, they still had lots of positives going for them. We expect nothing less than a high-voltage contest.
