Well, that had us at the edge of our seats. What a game! Ghana took the lead 2-0 before South Korea hit back 2-2. The game went down to the wire but Ghana had the last laugh with the third!
Inaki Williams finds Mohammed Kudus who is unmarked in the Korean box. Kudus takes his time and slots it past a hapless Korean goalkeeper to turn the game on its head! Amazing game. What next?
Jin-Su Kim with a terrific cross after Son Heung-min earns the ball back for South Korea in the Ghanian half as he finds Cho Gueseung who rises above everybody in the Ghanian box to dispatch a bullet header. GAME ON!
The comeback is onnnnnn! South Korea get back possession down the left side as Lee Kangin delivers a perfect cross to find Cho Geusung for the header to pull one back for South Korea!
A strange second-half as all the chances and possession by South Korea inside the Ghana half materialise to nothing as two quality balls into the Korean box against the run of play allow Ghana to lead 2-0 at the break.
Absolute brilliance from Jordan Ayew. An inch perfect cross with a glancing angle finds Mohammed Kudus who heads it past a stranded Korean goalkeeper. Ghana cruising here at the expense of the Koreans!
and South Korea are punished! One quality delivery from Jordan Ayew from a Ghanian set-piece is enough to put the Korean defence in its wake and Salisu has the simple task to turn it into the back of the net from point blank range as Ghana lead 1-0! All the possession and chances for Korea rendered of no use anymore here.
